Soteria Secure is led by Shawn Graff, a former senior federal executive and veteran with more than three decades of experience spanning military service, national security, and critical infrastructure protection. His career includes senior leadership roles within the DHS Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency and the U.S. Intelligence Community where he worked at the intersection of national security, physical security, cyber risk, insider threat, and resilience for some of the nation’s most critical systems.

Throughout his career, Shawn has been responsible for building and operationalizing security programs in complex, high consequence environments. He brings a practitioner’s mindset—focused on realistic solutions, disciplined execution, and sustained improvement over time.

As Principal, Shawn is involved in every client engagement; conducting assessments, working directly with leadership teams, supporting implementation, and helping organizations develop the culture, training, and governance required for long-term security and resilience. Clients work directly with the person responsible for their outcomes.
